Galaxy Garage and Service Station offers auto repair, maintenance, bodywork, and used car sales. Our services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

2. Appointment and Service Terms

Customers must book appointments for repairs and services in advance.

Estimates provided are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change.

Any additional repairs or services will be discussed before proceeding.

Payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Vehicle Warranty and Liability

Galaxy Garage and Service Station provides warranties on certain services and parts; details will be provided at the time of service.

We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, normal wear and tear, or damages due to neglect or misuse after service.

Customers are responsible for retrieving their vehicles within the agreed timeframe; storage fees may apply for delays.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Service cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.

Refunds for parts and services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Used car sales are final, except where limited warranties apply.

5. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to treat our staff with respect.

Any threats, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.
