Our journey began in 2018 when Tony and Bella Orozco decided to revolutionize the auto repair industry in Las Vegas Valley by bringing back something that seemed lost in time: honest, transparent service backed by genuine care for customers.
A Vision Born from Experience
After 20 years in dealerships, Tony had seen enough. He knew there had to be a better way to serve customers – one based on integrity and trust rather than sales pressure.
Bella, with her background in customer service and insurance, shared this vision.
Together, they set out to create more than just another repair shop; they wanted to build a place where customers would feel like family.
The Turning Point
Life has a way of showing us what truly matters. In 2018, while launching their business, the Orozcos faced a personal challenge when their son needed a double transplant due to complications from diabetes. This experience deeply influenced their approach to business, reinforcing their commitment to treating every customer's vehicle as if it belonged to family.
Community at Our Core
Our connection to the community runs deep. We're proud partners with organizations like Childhood Cancer is the Real Boogeyman and the Candlelighters Foundation, supporting families facing childhood cancer. Through these partnerships, we've learned that a vehicle isn't just transportation – it's a lifeline for families during their most challenging times.
